Over the last decade, T20 cricket has taken off around the world and is now arguably the most popular form of the game. With T20 cricket we have seen new innovations in batting, bowling & fielding skills and techniques. Each Summer Century Coaching dedicate a specialist camp for youngsters to learn skills and techniques required for white ball cricket. We will look at a range of these ideas over the course of the week and show you how you can use them to become an improved cricketer in the shorter form of the game, in an enjoyable environment.

Dates: Monday 7th to Wednesday 8th August Venue: West Bridgfordians CC, Stamford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6GF. Times: 9am to 4pm (Morning 9am to 12pm & Afternoon 1pm to 4pm) |
What can my child expect to be doing? |
Our White Ball format camp will be dedicated to learning skills and techniques used in T20 & 100 ball cricket. The morning session will be dedicated to learning a batting, bowling and fielding skill, followed by various fun games where the youngsters can apply the skills they have been working on. The afternoon session is dedicated to competitive games where the youngsters can try out their new skills in a competitive environment.
The camp will cover batting skills & techniques such as power hitting, playing spin bowling, sweeps, scoops & switch hits. Bowling skills include how to bowl slower balls, yorkers, spin and bowling at the death. |
